trebmAI Labs uses the name, business, email, website and project details you submit to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, financial information or other sensitive information.

What we keep

Form enquiries are stored in our private business workspace. Enquiry records are removed after 90 days; a project you choose to start may have separate records and agreed retention terms. Backups may retain deleted records until their next rotation. Messages you email directly are handled in our contact mailbox and are not subject to the website form’s automatic deletion schedule. We do not sell enquiry data.

Messages and choices

Submitting an enquiry lets us respond about that request. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or contact us directly. Suppression records are kept to honour your choice.

Website services

Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and network providers process requests and may keep security logs. The contact form uses a short-lived token to prevent duplicate submissions. Our private workspace uses a sign-in cookie.

Access, correction or deletion

Email Xuanbo.lambert@gmail.com or use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request”. We will verify the request before releasing or changing personal information.
